Careers

Own the product, not just the ticket.

We are a small consultancy that takes products from the first business case to the software that runs the operation afterwards. That only works with people who can hold the whole line — which is who we are hiring.

Why here

What is different about working with us

01

The whole line, not one slice

Ideation, business case, design, build, launch and running it afterwards all sit in the same team. You see what your decisions actually cost and what they actually earn.

02

Straight to the client

No account management layer to work through. You talk to the people paying for the product and to the engineers building it, in the same week.

03

Paid for what ships

Base salary plus substantial project and delivery bonuses. When a project lands and a milestone is met, that shows up in what you earn — not only in a review six months later.

Product Manager

  • London, United Kingdom
  • Full-time
  • Base salary + project & delivery bonuses

We are adding product and project management to the business so that our engagements can start earlier and run further — from the idea and the business case behind it, through delivery, all the way to the product operating in the market. This is the role that owns that line.

What you will own

  • The business case: who the customer is, what they pay, what it costs to serve them, and what has to be true for the product to work.
  • Discovery and ideation workshops with clients, and the product vision that comes out of them.
  • Requirements specifications and system or solution design documents, and an assessment of technical feasibility before build starts.
  • Roadmap, scope and prioritisation — including the decisions about what we are not going to build.
  • Delivery management: milestones, acceptance criteria, dependencies and risk, tracked openly with the client.
  • Go-to-market with the client — positioning, pricing and the onboarding path a first customer walks through.
  • What happens after launch: usage, the support arrangement, and where the roadmap goes next.

What we are looking for

  • Experience taking a digital product from zero to one, and having stayed with it long enough to see whether it worked.
  • Comfort with both halves of the job — the commercial case and the delivery mechanics. This role is product management and project management together, not one with the other attached.
  • The technical literacy to hold a real conversation with engineers about architecture, trade-offs and estimates.
  • Client-facing confidence: running the workshop, presenting the plan, and saying no to a request with a reason attached.
  • Clear written English. A great deal of this job is a well-argued document.

Helpful, not required

  • Regulated-domain experience — fintech and payments, transport and mobility, or health tech.
  • Having shipped something with AI agents in it, and formed an opinion about where they help.
  • Managing the product lifecycle of our company's proprietary consultancy packages delivered to enterprise clients.

Compensation

A competitive base salary, plus project and delivery bonuses on top — paid against projects shipped and delivery milestones met, not against a company target you cannot influence. The bonus element is deliberately a large share of total earnings, because the person running the delivery is the person who moves it. Exact figures are discussed at first interview, along with how the bonus is calculated.
