The challenge
An operations-industrialisation programme aimed at raising operational efficiency: supervisors had no single real-time view of operational activity, and station staff were managing workflows, customer interactions and incidents without tooling built for the job.
What we delivered
A supervision application giving real-time operational visibility, reporting and decision-making tools; and a mobile application equipping station staff to manage workflows, customer interactions and incident response.
How we delivered it
As a managed project across web and mobile, with RESTful API integration into the operator's existing operational systems on a cloud-based architecture, delivered by an Agile team against named milestones.
