How we work
You should know what happens next at every point of a project.
This is the shape every engagement takes. We can join at any stage, not only the first — but whichever stage we join at, the same control and reporting comes with us.
The process
Six stages
Scope & requirements
We establish and clarify the aims, objectives and requirements, and agree named milestones with written acceptance criteria.
Delivery planning
We break the work into stages, sequence dependencies, size the team and set the budget and timeline.
Team coordination & build
We coordinate and supervise the team — our engineers, client-side engineers and domain experts, and any third parties — running Agile delivery with working software every iteration.
Control
We monitor budget, timeline and quality, and track risk and change openly.
Implementation & release
We oversee implementation and the cutover into live operation.
Report & hand over
We report progress, risk and change throughout, and hand over into support.
Approach
How we prefer to work with clients
Outcome-based engagements, structured so that the risk of execution sits with us and the clarity sits with you.
You own everything
The repository, the infrastructure and the documentation are yours. No proprietary platform to stay locked into after we leave.
A direct line to the people building it
You talk directly to the people planning and building the work. There is no account management layer translating your requirements into someone else's ticket.
Named milestones, written acceptance criteria
Every engagement runs against named milestones and written acceptance criteria, so "finished" is something we agree at the start.
Full delivery accountability
We own the method, the direction and the quality of what we deliver. Managing execution risk is our job, so that running the business stays yours.
Turnkey where you want it
Take the whole line — scope, plan, build, release and live operation — or drop us into the one stage where you are short-handed. Both are normal.
Mixed teams are normal
We coordinate and supervise your engineers and domain experts alongside ours, and manage third-party and vendor contributions as part of the same plan.
